John & Deirdre

Whilst our vintage cars are very popular, they are not always everyone’s ‘cup of tea’ and some couples prefer something a little different. Our Italian made supercar the Maserati Quattroporte was the car of choice for John and Deirdre who were married 16th March 2015.

We whisked Deirdre from her home to the Ceremony at Clonard Church, Wexford. Deirdre looked beautiful (make up by Roy Wong) and dress by Monique Lhuillier with gorgeous Jimmy Choo shoes to boot!

We love this quote from Deirdre on her favourite part of the day!
My favourite part of the wedding day… My favourite part of the day was after the photographs were taken in Johnstown Castle. Myself and John sat into the car, the driver served us up Champagne, we toasted our new life together, and relaxed while he took us to the hotel. It was a great feeling to be married, happy, and relaxed, and on our way to join our family and friends for the celebrations in the hotel. The entire day however, was fabulous. I would love to do it all over again!

We are often told that the time in the wedding car both with the bride’s father on the way to the church and then with bride and groom after the service is a valued part of the wedding day. It’s a time to relax and ‘take stock’, catch up with each other and spend time reflecting on the day, before the madness begins when you arrive for the celebrations at the Reception!

After the photo’s we then took John and Deirdre to rejoin their guests who were waiting for them at the lovely Riverside Park Hotel, Enniscorthy.
Thank you to Deirdre and John for allowing us to share some of their special day with you!
